Holon 500- New Holon on the Park
The neighborhood covers an area of ​​4,000 dunams, with 13,700 residential units being built in 22-story luxury residential towers, and an expected growth of 50,000 new residents.
The residential neighborhood of H-500 provides comfort, quality of living and a high standard of living. An open park of 1,200 dunams will be built in the neighborhood, educational institutions, public institutions, and commercial and employment centers.

The northern part of the H-500 neighborhood borders the H300 (Kiryat Eilon) neighborhood, the southern part of the northern borders of Rishon LeZion, its western part bordering the Kiryat Rabin neighborhood, and its eastern part bordering on Highway 4.

Gedera - the entertainment settlement

Gedera is one of the few settlements in Israel that has enjoyed unprecedented building and development momentum over recent years. This is due to the encouragement of the local council, and as a result of the tremendous demand that the community receives from potential residents.

Sde Warburg
The moshav was established in 1938 by immigrants from Germany, with the goal of establishing a flourishing agricultural area in the area.

In the 1950s the moshav experienced an accelerated development momentum with the entry of many families, mainly from Poland and Russia. In the continuation, the moshav areas were defined as residential areas, rather than agricultural ones.

Over the years, the moshav has experienced additional expansions that brought with them young, well-established families who wanted to enjoy the many advantages of the place.
There are about 200 families with gardens and day care centers, a library, a grocery store, a clinic and other public institutions.

Today, Sde Warburg is considered one of the finest, most pleasant and comfortable residential areas in the South Sharon area.

Moshav Ganei Hadar

The settlement of Ganei Hadar has yet to take advantage of the expansion rights due to it by law, and offers the opportunity to purchase land adjacent to one of the most attractive moshavim in the Shfela area.

The private land for sale in the settlement is located between the communities of Ganei Hadar and Ramot Meir, and is defined as private land.
Upon its acquisition, the land will be registered in the Land Registry in the name of the purchaser, with the legal accompaniment of the Naschitz-Brandes law firm, which is considered to be one of the leading firms in the field of real estate and land in moshavim.

Today, the price of the land is NIS 249,000 to 420 sq.m. This price will rise with each passing year.
